We helped Arco to build an app to help their sales team with their expansive product portfolio to increase sales and improve the customer experience.
HCL recommended and developed an app which could be downloaded on to the sales teams iPads so that it was always on hand whenever they were attending client meetings. The app allowed the sales team to go through each of the ‘rooms’ with a client, selecting safety equipment which the client may need and add them to a shopping list which could then be printed or emailed to the client ready to place an order with Arco.
The app had lots of positive feedback from the internal teams. It simplified the sales process for both the sales team and the end client, as well as providing the sales team with a prompt to talk about more products more comprehensively.
